I'm so sorry that I haven't been updating this as much lately - I've been caught up with internship applications and helping my mom out at work. I promise I will be on my A game soon! Especially when school begins for the fall semester.
PS - Update on apple cider vinegar and maca powder..both have been helping me with my energy levels. I am able to get up at 6 am without an alarm clock - ready to go and bust a workout session into my mornings! I'm pretty sure at least one of those things is contributing to the boost of energy I've been feeling. But I think I'm going to take maca every once in a while because of some of the side effects such as insomnia, etc. I still think it is a very beneficial supplement!
